_____

Do you or your loved ones want improved mood, natural hormone regulation, calm attention, memory, sleep, with less stress or anxiety? Or, do you or your loved ones want to lower pain, migraines, tinnitus, and help dementia during midlife and later?

__________

Our sounds have been shown in university and hospital research to increase memory and attention 11-29% (including for helping with dementia, ADHD, and autism), lower chronic pain 77%, lower anxiety 86% (58% more than music), help people fall asleep faster, help migraines, and help tinnitus. The sounds are proven to help all of these needs, and have been shown to work as an alternative to medication for helping brain health through learning to enhance helpful brain rhythms for different needs (like we learn to make music rhythms internally with practice).

__________

The sounds remind our brains of brain patterns for different types of relaxation, attention, or focus. We learn the rhythms like a music or dance rhythm that we can feel.

Our system makes choosing easy and safe for you and your loved ones, saving you from endless searching or trial and error with your brain. Different types of attention, anxiety, memory, pain, or other mental processes have different rhythms. So, there are different rhythms that help different types of attention, anxiety, memory, etc. Many other platforms have sound therapies that are mislabeled without guidance. Sounds can be helpful for brain balance and health, or harmful over the longer term when used incorrectly, even if they feel good at first. Our system gives you and your loved ones personalized guidance.

Our Clinical Director has taught staff from the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Hazelden, the Department of Health and Human Services, and elsewhere. Clinicians and teachers also use our system and can share access with patients or students for free.

Some Common Results in Research

On average, our background sounds had the following results in university and clinical research:

  • Lowered anxiety 86% (58% more than music) in a hospital study with adults preparing for surgery. Around 30% of adults struggle with anxiety.
  • Lowered chronic pain 77% on average in people with fibromyalgia and other struggles. Around 30% of adults over 45 in the US have chronic pain.
  • Helped people fall asleep more than 50% faster and sleep deeper when they had insomnia. About 30-33% of adults struggle with insomnia.
  • Raised attention and memory for typical adults by 11% and 29% in adults with ADHD. This also helps autism. There is research showing they help remove memory-blocking plaque associated with dementia. Most adults want more calm attention and memory and around 5% of adults around the world have ADHD. Around 30-35% of adults develop dementia, including Alzheimer’s, by age 85, and new science shows that it starts in the 40s and 50s with plaque buildup.
  • They also helped people lower pain from migraines more than 50%. Around 12-15% of adults have migraines.

Most people feel results right away, while deeper learning is generally based on listening to the sounds (including as background sounds) with other things like work, shows, relaxing, etc. Most adults need around 50 hours of practice to learn a new skill like shifting a heart rhythm or brain pattern by heart, like learning to ride a bike. Once we “feel it,” we don’t forget. These techniques are touted as “skills instead of pills.”
